Nach dem erfolgreichen Kurzfilm “The Story of Stuff” erschien nun ein Film über die Idee der Einführung eines “Cap and Trade” Systems um Emissionen zu reduzieren. Der Film zeigt eindrucksvoll, dass der “Teufel (mal wieder) im Detail steckt”.
